German speaking Service Request Analyst

Our partner is one of the leading telecommunication companies, operating a Shared Service Center in Budapest.

Key Responsibilites

  • Creating order forms with different pricing tools
  • Manage the orders in different systems
  • Have regular calls with the stakeholders and fulfill adhoc requests
  • Keep contact with vendors and suppliers
  • Continous co-opearation with other teams
  • Work against strong SLAs and create regular reports

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German speaker
  • Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills
  • Great team player
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Customer facing attitude
  • Bachelor degree or 2+ years relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment
