Inside Sales Coordinator - EMEA

On behalf of our brand new global client from the manufacturing and engineering industry with a center in Budapest, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator, who would be responsible for customer development within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilites

  • Customer development with potential expansion and maximal profitability
  • Efficient follow up on enquiries, orders and complaints to ensure keeping high customer service level
  • Recognizing and developing new business areas including promotion of new products
  • Permanent knowledge of customer activities and proactive findings of customer needs
  • Check all customers with non-achieved goals in collaboration with the Inside Sales Manager to plan appropriate further steps.
  • Customer oriented sales behavior with a profit driven approach (findings, evaluation and communication to the customer)
  • Support the customer in material selection and technical questions if needed
  • Participating in the development of sales forecasting if needed, action planning negotiation with all customers using the right resources and tools for calculations and payment terms


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3 years experience within the Sales field
  • Fluent English AND advanced Polish or Russian
  • IT affinity
  • Experience in handling of export business and supporting the East Europe or Middle East Market is and advantage
  • Strong communication skills
