Learning and Development Manager

Our multinational FMCG partner is looking for a Learning & Development Manager in Budapest.

Key Responsibilites

The Learning & Development Manager supports the effectiveness of the L&D strategy through the management of different learning & development activities and the follow up of the talent development plan campaign for the Eastern Europe cluster level.
Main responsibilities:
  • to Localize global learning programs and activities for the Eastern Europe cluster
  • be partner with leaders across the business to build end-to-end solutions to address specific business needs
  • to identify, develop, and implement methods to evaluate efficacy across L&D solutions
  • to utilize data-driven insights to uncover development opportunities
  • to manage Learning Solutions budget
  • to support the implementation of the Talent Development Plan (TDP) campaign / Follow-up TDP in roll-in mode and ensure TDP relevance

Requirements

Experience & Technical Knowledge:
  • University or College degree with 3 – 5 years of working experience in the L&D field
  • Excellent English language knowledge
Skills & Competencies:
  • Ability to manage/communicate to different level of stakeholders
  • Autonomous and detail oriented
