
German speaking Service Request Analyst
Our partner is one of the leading telecommunication companies, operating a Shared Service Center in Budapest.Key Responsibilites
- Creating order forms with different pricing tools
- Manage the orders in different systems
- Have regular calls with the stakeholders and fulfill adhoc requests
- Keep contact with vendors and suppliers
- Continous co-opearation with other teams
- Work against strong SLAs and create regular reports
Requirements
- Fluent English and German speaker
- Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills
- Great team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Customer facing attitude
- Bachelor degree or 2+ years relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment
