Management Assistant (part-time)

An international auto leasing company is expanding its business in Budapest and is looking for an experienced part time Manager Assistant.

Key Responsibilites

  • Managing the day-to-day life of the management team
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Office; tendering, negotiating with suppliers, contract management
  • Supervising the reception team (recruitment and management)
  • Event management (local and international events)
  • Travel management (flight/hotel booking)


  • Good communication; negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively
  • Well organized, self-confident
  • Positive, friendly personality and “can do” attitude, self-initiative
  • Management skills
  • Good command of MS Office: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English: advanced level (B2/C1)
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same field
