
Management Assistant (part-time)
An international auto leasing company is expanding its business in Budapest and is looking for an experienced part time Manager Assistant.Key Responsibilites
- Managing the day-to-day life of the management team
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Office; tendering, negotiating with suppliers, contract management
- Supervising the reception team (recruitment and management)
- Event management (local and international events)
- Travel management (flight/hotel booking)
Requirements
- Good communication; negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Commitment and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work effectively
- Well organized, self-confident
- Positive, friendly personality and “can do” attitude, self-initiative
- Management skills
- Good command of MS Office: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree
- English: advanced level (B2/C1)
- Min. 3 years experience in the same field
