Key Responsibilites

 Manages Tungsram’s Global Automotive Business’ pricing strategy and pricing operation
 Coordinates the works of specialist, but also works independently on pricing quotes
 Works closely with Sales General Managers to align commercial and pricing strategy
 Makes sure that all prices for customers are properly maintained in SAP
 Supports commercial teams with price/profitability analysis of incoming quotes along with the recommendation on approved price levels
 In cooperation with Product Management team prepares and communicates to the commercial
team target/minimum prices on key products
 Creates/revises price lists for the customers to follow the market dynamics and ensure
profitable sales of Tungsram’s Automototive products
 Evaluates profitability of the customers/regions and proposes corrective actions if needed
 Follows the market feedbacks/market share information and proposes pricing actions
 Constantly analyses the price structure reports to look for possibility of price structure adjustments to provide more automatic order entry process
 Analyzes weekly profitability reports to make sure that margin is above target level and look for any outliers that may need some corrections
 Runs ad hoc reports (sales, profitability, price levels) to support internal analytics and speed up decision making process
 Negotiates yearly/quarterly rebate schemes for customers


 University/college background Economics/ Business/Finance
 5-8 years of experience in a finance, including 2-3 people management
 Excellent English skills (written and verbal), Hungarian language and other european language is an advantage
 Ability to create complex analytics in excel along with presenting the results in easy and understandable way to stakeholders
 Experience in pricing
 Creativity and ability to come up with solutions
 Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
 Ability to work under time pressure
 Courage to negotiate and present own ideas
 Strong negotiation skills and readiness to defend his/her point of view with structured arguments
 Quick decision making
 High analytical skills
 Commercial/Product Management background is an advantage
 Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
