OTC Coordinator

A US based glass manufacturer company is looking for an OTC Coordinator!

Key Responsibilites

  • Apply Cash - Full Pay
  • Apply Cash - Short Pay (Discrepancies)
  • Process Credit Card Payments
  • Apply Cash - EFT
  • Process Billing Requests form
  • Issue Non-Trade invoices
  • Issue Non-Trade Credit Notes
  • Perform/Resolve Dunning
  • Write-off bad Debt
  • Reconciliation: Daily, Weekly and Monthly
  • All Reporting in the responsibility of the OTC Group
  • Solid understanding of OTC end-to-end process, ability to train new hires
  • Understand OTC KPI and GS system, participate in report preparation
  • Help other associates to solve customer issues (internal and external), suggests Corrective /Preventive actions to the Manager for review and approval
  • Prepare and conduct presentations about topics related to OTC processes as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in economy
  • 1-2 years experience in accounting/finance position
  • Fluent English knowledge
