Key Responsibilites

 Manages the South (Italy, Spain) Central & Eastern European region from Pricing side to make sure
the customers are getting enough pricing support
 Coordinates the work of three specialist if needed, but also works independently on pricing quotes
 Works closely with Sales General Managers to align commercial and pricing strategy. Provide
price/profitability analysis of incoming quotes along with the recommendation on approved price
levels
 Takes part in regular calls with the Commercial Team to represent regional pricing and agree on
needed price actions.
 Gathers information from cross-functions to support incoming tenders (Product Management, Supply
Chain, Sourcing, Finance)
 Creates/revises price lists for the customers to follow the market dynamics and ensure profitable
sales of Tungsram products
 Supports new product introduction process by setting prices according to strategy agreed with
product management team
 Follows the market feedbacks/market share information and proposes pricing actions accordingly
 Runs ad hoc reports (sales, profitability, price levels) to support internal analytics and speed up
decision making process

Requirements

 University/college degree in Economics or other related field
 Excellent English skills (written and verbal), Italian language knowledge is an advantage
 Ability to create complex analytics in excel along with presenting the results in easy and
understandable way to stakeholders
 Previous experience in Pricing
 Creativity and ability to come up with solutions
 Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
 Ability to work under time pressure
 Courage to negotiate and present own ideas
 Strong negotiation skills and readiness to defend his/her point of view with structured arguments
 Quick decision making
 High analytical skills
 Commercial/Product Management/Finance background is an advantage
