French Speaking HR Assistant

Key Responsibilites

In this position you will be the first point of contact responsible for the resolution of employee and manager inquiries and requests that are escalated via phone, email, the HR system/portal, or other access channels.
  • Helps and trains customers to navigate through the self-service materials, the HR system and processes
  • Understands scope of services, analyzes nature of requests and escalates items to others as defined
  • Responsible for maintenance of accurate and updated employee files
  • Responsible to ensure all required documentation (offer packages, employment letters, forms etc) is created, delivered and received according to set standards, including any follow-ups
  • Work in partnership with HR teams in supported country and other local/regional/global teams


  • Fluency in French and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with processes, follow country specifics and handle confidential information
