English Speaking Customer Service Team Leader

Key Responsibilites

  • To lead a team of customer support
  • Good understanding of the relevant processes and business requirements
  • Drive process optimization and improvements
  • People management task for the team members
  • Perform a high standard of customer relationship management
  • Supporting Logistics and providers to manage logistics queries
  • Maintain freight costing data in SAP


  • Academic degree
  • 3+ years experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain or Customer Service environment
  • 1+ years in leadership experience
  • Understanding of international trade processes, freight forwarding, Customs, ADR and Excise goods
  • Fluency in English language
  • Experience in using SAP/Siebel
  • Open for new ideas and constantly looking for improvements
  • Open for afternoon shift work
  • Ability to lead people
  • Good problem solving skills
