OTC Manager

Middle-sized SSC is looking for their next OTC Manager!

Key Responsibilites

Are you someone with deep understanding of the OTC process and great leadership skills? You could use both in this role!

Main tasks are going to be:

  • to prepare annual and long range financial plans for the department
  • to manage the annual departmental budget
  • to provide performance feedback, coaching & development to team members
  • to provide timely and meaningful reporting to upper management
  • to work closely with other leaders to deliver quality, cost and productivity
  • to provide leadership
  • to plan, organise and define roles for teams

Requirements

We are looking for someone with passion for the OTC process, SSC experience and a motivation for professional improvement!

Requirements are:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, business or accounting
  • 5+ years of practical accounting experience
  • 2+ leadership experience
  • SSC experience, SAP knowledge
  • fluent English

ACCA, CIMA, or project management experience is a huge plus!
