German speaking Change Manager

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for a German speaking Change Manager.

Key Responsibilites

The Change manager will be responsible for the management of Change across a number of IT services, and he/she will work closely with suppliers and key stakeholder groups.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receiving, verifying, recording, tracking and coordination of standard and non-standard change requests (internal/external), bid support requests (external) and delivery requests (internal/external)
  • Communication with the requestor and all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordination of all necessary activities to successfully implement the requests (national and international context)
  • Continuous optimisation of workflows to implement change requests more efficiently
  • Training of users and support for the Change Management process and supporting service management tools


  • Excellent verbal and written English and German language skills
  • University degree (computer science, business administration, engineering) or comparable experience
  • Experience in a Change Management role
  • Basic understanding of Information- and Telecommunication business and technologies
  • ITIL and/or ISO20000 knowledge
  • Project management experience
  • Customer, team, and goal-oriented thinking and acting
  • Analytical- and structured way of working
