2nd Line Network Specialist

Our partner is a global service provider, delivering communication services and solutions to business customers with multi-site organisations. Now they are looking for a 2nd line network technician.

Key Responsibilites

  • Providing technical support to customers through network or equipment monitoring, localisation, and remote repair
  • Cooperating with internal higher level support
  • Manage supplier activities (e.g. Really driving/escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet our service level agreements)
  • Provide process improvement input wherever possible
  • Providing higher level support internally


  • Cisco CCNA certification and familiarity with any of the following products: Juniper, Adva, Avaya, Ipanema is an advantage
  • English on a fluent level
  • In depth understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
  • 1-2 years experience in technical customer support role
  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
  • French or German or Italian or Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage
