Key Responsibilites

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development and intensification of customer contacts
• Responsibility for Order-Management
• Planning and execution of shipment orders as well as their administrative execution
• Preparation and execution of written offers from customers
• Communication with international partner offices

The role is responsible for handling and coordinating customer inquiries in the area of ordering, demand forecasting, shipping, billing issues, and complaints.

The CSR is dedicated to a specific portfolio of customers and responsible to develop a strong customer relationship.

Requirements

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operations
• Work experience in similar position in logistics, supply chain, FMCG or pharma sector
• Fluent in verbal and written in English and Hungarian is mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Team player and quick learner
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Flexibility in working shifts (slipped starting shifts, but 8 working hours a day), including some weekends and holidays

High customer focus, proactivity, drive for continuous improvement and strong communication-, analytical-, and problem solving skills are a must.
