Key Responsibilites

  • process invoices in the Fleet management system
  • query handling, invoice request from suppliers, daily contact with Spain HQ
  • update daily report of fleet status and prepare ad hoc excel reports
  • match incoming and outgoing payments.
  • support BENELUX team in their daily processes
  • process documents, check pricing file
  • search for process improvement possibilities

Requirements

  • degree in Economics, preferably with emphasis on Finance/Accounting
  • fluency in English is expected; Spanish, Italian, French or German language is a plus
  • confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
