AP & AR Team Lead

A market leader SSC with stable background is looking for its experienced Team Leader to lead a newly built team of analysts.

Key Responsibilites

The role of the Team is to ensure trades are recorded and settled (payments and receivables) in an accurate and timely manner. Transactions can be very high value and with complex terms and conditions, requiring efficient problem solving skills. The role supports US based activity and may require some evening shift working occasionally.

  • Manage a team of 3 Analysts
  • Recruit, retain and develop a team of highly skilled Analysts
  • Develop strong working relationships with Front Office and Functional Teams
  • Deal with new business, process and other related project activity
  • Ensure full compliance with the Settlements Policy
  • Ensure delivery of high quality customer service
  • Oversee aged debt process
  • Oversee and ensure completion of all team related ad-hoc queries
  • Drive and deliver continuous Improvement ideas
  • Represents the business to both internal and external audiences


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business/Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • 3+ years of coaching and/or leading teams
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • SAP experience
  • Deep understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable settlement principles
  • Project management experience is preferred
