Accounts Payable Associate with English and Polish

Our American partner is looking for a new ENGLISH and POLISH speaking colleague to join their team in Budapest!

Key Responsibilites

Your tasks will be:

Supporting the company's efforts to purchase supplies and materials by end-to-end vendor invoice management:

  • Receive and enter data regarding invoices, electronic invoices
  • Perform pairing
  • Resolve discrepancies and perform error corrections
  • Process non-PO invoices, freight transactions, travel and expense transactions
  • Process payments, debits and credits, deposit transactions, monthly and year-end tax forms
  • Fulfill internal and external Customer Service inquiries

Requirements

If you are...

  • Fluent in both English and Polish
  • A real team player
  • Precise and passionate about high quality work
  • Interested in accounting
  • Or have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
