SEO Manager

On behalf our multinational partner we are looking for a SEO Manager to manage the ongoing lead generation programs to reach the objectives of quantity & quality for the different leads sources: SEA, SEO, eMailing campaigns.

Key Responsibilites

  • Manage the ongoing lead generation programs (SEA, SEO, eMailing campaigns),
  • Manage, challenge and develop the network of local partners & agencies through proactive calls & meetings,
  • Track and trace the main Marketing & Sales KPIs in order to adjust the marketing plan & correct potential issues or gaps in results,
  • Identify & share best practices between countries (campaigns, messages, processes, ...), to be informed on B2B Marketing trends,
  • Create detailed & flexible plans of activities per source of lead and per activity,
  • Coordinate with the local team to:
A) Inform of our lead generation plan, updates, forecast & new potential sources
B) Deploy campaigns and insure the full engagement of local teams in their success,
  • Manage expenses to stay within a tight cost per lead objective,
  • Make regular leads lists analysis to identify quality issues and take corrective actions,
  • Build quarterly (or on-demand) clear presentations to the attention of Executives to show results


  • At least 2 years of experience on lead generation in the B2B Market
  • Experience in managing SEA/SEO/eMailing campaigns & optimization
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Excellent collaboration & team working skills
  • Proactive behaviour to challenge leads suppliers & source
