HR Contact Center Advisor

Our multinational client with worldwide presence is now looking for new colleagues to join as HR Contact Center Advisor

Key Responsibilites

  • Responsible for processing HR administration activities supporting direct customer queries
  • Be the first contact point to the company's employees regarding all questions related to HR
  • Actively use language skills by e-mail and phone when supporting colleagues with HR related questions/problems
  • Become an expert in different HR tools and systems
  • Interfacing and communicating with local HR departments
  • Closely interacting with colleagues and other teams solve complex cases as well
  • Be an active part in the implementation and improvements of new projects in the Contact Center


  • At least 1 years of experience in a customer service position
  • SSC experience is a great advantage
  • Fluent English AND German
  • Supportive and proactive menthality
  • Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
