Shopper Marketing Manager

On behalf of our FMCG partner who has strong presence globally, we are looking for an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager with the following tasks and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilites

  • Cooperation with the marketing team, drive the development of the Brand Annual Business Plan, follow up and evaluation through-out the year
  • Cascade brand strategy to the local commercial team (channel marketing, sales representatives) and work together with external stakeholders
  • Implement marketing plan at the local level
  • Collaborate with local trade channel marketing
  • Analyse product/brand performance and share insights
  • Identify opportunities through market insights & field sales feedback from the market and drive initiatives leading to profitability
  • Ensure successful launching of all new products/categories
  • Coordinating one junior colleague


  • Have a BSc/MSc degree in Economics, Marketing, or other relevant field
  • Have 4-5 years of work experience in Marketing, and have gained experience in FMCG trade marketing/shopper marketing/category management as well
  • Speak English fluently
  • Have a category B driver’s license
  • Would like to join a professional, pioneering team at one of the biggest FMCG companies in Hungary
