L3 VOICE Network Engineer

Our client is one of the world's leading providers of communications solutions and services. They are operating in 170 countires, and now they are looking for a L3 Voice Network Engineer to their fast growing team.

Key Responsibilites

  • Providing in-depth technical support to customers through AVAYA network or equipment monitoring, localisation and remote repair
  • Technically aware customer service engineers who demonstrate excellent customer care skills (e.g. owning, driving and communicating) such that customers that they call/call them are left "delighted" with the experience
  • Cooperating with internal higher level network designers
  • Manage supplier activities (e.g. really driving/escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet our service level agreements)
  • Provide process improvement input wherever possible, may do proactive jeopardy management
  • Organizing technical trainings, knowledge sharing


  • Fluent English knowledge both written and spoken
  • In depth understanding of LAN/WAN/VoIP/SIP/Trunking technologies
  • AVAYA CM, CMS, SMGR, SM, System Platform, Media Gateway, AES, IVR experience
  • Voice network troubleshooting
  • Ability to organize and attend on international conference call and discuss technical issues
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Advantages: AVAYA MM, OneX attendant, ASBC, Desktop Wallboard knowledge
