Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist

The job holder would assist with daily functions within the Operations Team to ensure a supported, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilites

  • Monitoring all inbound/outbound materials from both internal and external warehouses, suppliers
  • Dispatches equipment and spare parts for delivery
  • Maintains constant communication with related international teams on all inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Management of procurement and distribution of office/warehouse supplies
  • Purchase order management and arrival creation
  • Support sales/service projects and team by preparing and issuing invoices in close cooperation with finance department;
  • Support operational team regarding administrative duties and goals
  • Perform work assigned by management to ensure successful operation

Requirements

  • Min 1-2 years of administrative, logistic or customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills
  • English language (min conversational level)
  • Demonstrated positive work attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to perform above minimum for extended periods of time
  • Driving license
  • Relevant PC (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP skills
