L2-Cisco Network Support

Our prestigious multinational client in the telecommunication sector is looking for Level 2 Cisco Network Support colleague to their Budapest-based center.

Key Responsibilites

Main responsibilities:
  • Working on the Service Desk
  • Providing 2nd level technical problem analysis
  • Resolution of client issues with the aid of available Service Desk Tools
  • Logging actions taken by the Service Desk and other related parties assisting with the resolution
  • Responsible for delivering brilliant service interactions
  • Customer handling and communication with our customers


  • Fluent English knowledge
  • CCNA or equivalent knowledge
  • Proactive attitude
  • WLAN and/or VoIP is an advantage
  • IT Service Desk experience is an advantage
