Office Coordinator

One of our well-reputed multinational client is looking for an experienced, flexible and comitted office coordinator with excellent English language skills.

Key Responsibilites

  • To ensure efficient operation of a sales office providing order taking and processing facilities, customer service and credit control.
  • Sales office to provide full support to Country Manager and Area Managers. To assist Country Manager and Area Managers in strategic planning by provision of statistical information for sales analysis.

Requirements

  • Education in Economy
  • Good computer skills. Working with computers in an office environment with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Good knowledge in writing and speaking English is essential.
  • At least 1-year experience working in a customer services environment. Customer service minded.
  • Good communication skills.
