Executive Assistant (French and English speaker)

Key Responsibilites

  • Providing overall executive and administrative support
  • Schedule and organize meetings; plan and coordinate events
  • Being aware of the strategic goals and objectives and working independently to plan, coordinate and organize projects
  • Assisting in ad-hoc reports and special projects
  • Composing and preparing correspondence, reports, presentation materials, spread sheets and other documents
  • Preparing special events, travels, conference planning

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and confident appearance
  • Fluency in French and English is a must
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a personal assistant
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Flexible and hard-working attitude
  • Outstanding time management skill
