Delivery Manager (English-Dutch)

Our partner is an outstanding and prestigious telecommunications company both in the UK and in the world. The company is providing IT and communications services to its clients and government organisations in neraly 200 countries worldwide.We are looking for Delivery Manager with location of Debrecen.

Key Responsibilites

  • Take accountability for the successful end-to-end delivery of our customer deliveries for the assigned regions and accounts
  • Ensure all customer agreed dates are met, highlighted and managed
  • Manage any customer escalations and expedites
  • Identify jeopardies that may affect the delivery timescale
  • Ensure customer is informed and reporting is on time containing relevant detail
  • Complete and provide Root Cause Analysis
  • Identify validate order types, operational client commercial client and distribute to the appropriate Service Delivery team
  • Set up and drive customer calls

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Dutch is required
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Customer Focused behaviour

  • Confident approach tasks and responsibilities
  • Can do attitude and open for initiatives
  • Minimal financial / commercial awareness and interest is preferred
