Receptionist

Our partner, a multinational company specialised in consulting, is looking for a receptionist for their office building. If you are looking for an opportunity at a stable company present for decades in Hungary, this might be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilites

  • Welcoming guests and colleagues
  • Managing and screening incoming and outgoing calls
  • Participation in event organization and execution
  • Arranging courier
  • Interaction with executives and staff on local and regional level on a daily basis
  • Arranging live and call meetings, appointments, trips, pickups, calendars
  • Cooperation with the financial department
  • Managing office supplies on a daily basis
  • Managing ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Hungarian
  • Degree of higher education is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of experience in office reception
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate high sensitivity for confidentiality management
  • Service-oriented, proactive, excellent problem-solver
  • Highly organized, detail oriented personality
