Due to increasing sales volumes our partner is looking for Slovak speaking Customer Care Officer (CRM Officer) to our offices in Budapest

Key Responsibilites

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers
  • Daily follow-up on new registrations, payments...
  • Supporting the customer though the entire buying process including after-sales activities
  • Recruiting new customers

Requirements

  • You are an enthusiastic person with a commercial spirit
  • You are a team player that likes to work in an international environment of young people
  • You have an experience in a similar position and/or call center
  • You are stress resistant and a multitasker with good administrative skills
  • You have extensive language skills meaning that you speak Slovak fluently
  • You speak good English (company language).
