1st Line Customer Support Technician

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence. Its activities include the provision of networked IT services globally. The Regional Operations Centre of the company is looking for colleagues as 1st Line Customer Support Technician to our office in DEBRECEN.

Key Responsibilites

  • Providing in-depth technical network support to prestigious companies (clients)
  • Assuring clients that they call/call them are left "delighted" with the experience
  • Manage supplier activities
  • Provide process improvement input wherever possible
  • May do proactive jeopardy management

Requirements

  • English on a fluent level
  • Italian OR French OR German on a fluent level
  • Enthusiastic and pro-active personality
  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Willingness to handle difficult situations
  • Confident Windows and MS Office usage
  • Open to learn new technologies
  • Understanding of the IT products
