Senior Change Manager

Our partner is a leading member of the global communication telecommunication services sector. For their regional operations centre we are looking for a talented Senior Change Manager.

Key Responsibilites

  • As the role holder, you will be following ITIL framework.

  • Responsible for end to end management of customer change requests for different products

  • Gathering all information provided from customer and reviewing/validating/coordinating with the involved parties

  • Following up with the customer and respective implementation teams

  • Chairing CAB meetings

  • Reviewing all implemented changes to ensure that they have met their objectives; referering back any that have been backed out of have failed, creating post implementation reviews

  • Ensuring operational procedures are in place, maintained and followed as appropriate

  • Producing management reports

Requirements

Professional skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience on the field of customer technical support and change management

  • Experienced within a Customer Service and Telecommunications environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

  • Some basic technical knowledge of data networks

  • ITIL qualification is an advantage

Soft skills:

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements

  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service

  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals

  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience

  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation

  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision

  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

  • problem solving and decision making

Language skills:

English on a fluent level
