Service Request Manager

Do you speak English and another European language? Our leading multinational partner is looking for candidates to join as Service Request Managers.

Key Responsibilites

  • Coordinating projects, from their starting point until the invoice processes
  • Creating order forms with different pricing tools
  • Manage orders in different systems
  • Have regular calls with the stakeholders and fulfill adhoc requests
  • Keep contact with the clients, vendors and suppliers
  • Continous co-opearation with other teams
  • Work with deadlines and rules, create regular reports

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German/Spanish/Italian/French speaker
  • Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills
  • Great team player
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Customer facing attitude
  • Bachelor degree or at least 1 year relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment
