French Speaking Sales Support Specialist

Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of communications solutions and services operating in 170 countries. We are looking for talents to join one of their sales teams as a Sales Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilites

  • Handling recurring and ad-hoc requests for the Inside sales team and also in specific cases to the company's external customer
  • Responsible for a combination of administrative tasks, data management, commercial analysis, asset and technical detail investigation, billing support activities
  • Resolving issues that may impact customer experience or contract margin by promptly and proactively liaising with the relevant department for swift resolution
  • Keeping the Sales team informed about the progress of their request via direct contacts and system update

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and minimum 1 year relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment
  • Fluent English speaker with business level written English + French language knowledge
  • Excellent in communication and proactive, CAN DO attitude
  • Great team player
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications and agile with complex and large volume data manipulations
  • Dutch language skill is an advantage!
