Key Responsibilites

Dealing with classic office assistance tasks for all lawyers in the firm (legal tasks excluded), such as:
  • answering calls and e-mails
  • welcoming guests
  • organizing business trips
  • preparing documents and presentations using
  • office management (e.g. ordering office tools, etc.)


  • 2-3 years of experience in assistance, preferably in an office environment
  • experience with law firms is an advantage
  • fluency in English
  • fluency in French is an advantage
  • user-level knowledge of Word and Power Point
  • precise, punctual, well-organized
  • reliable, trust-worthy
  • good problem-solving skills
  • proactive
  • flexible
