Lead Service Designer

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence. Its activities include the provision of networked IT services globally.

Key Responsibilites

  • Lead the Service Design work stream activity and be accountable for the end-to-end service design
  • Work collaboratively (accross company's lines of business / external suppliers) to create innovative solutions
  • Ensure that solutions are aligned with the relevant governance, compliance assurance processes
  • Ensure that the solution costs accurately reflect the approved solution design
  • Have responsibility for all aspects of the E2E Service Design


Must-have skills:
  • ITIL Foundation accreditation
  • Minimum five years experience in telecommunication industry
  • Excellent English is a must +1 other European language is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic and pro-active personality

Desirable skills/Advantages:
