A multinational company providing financial and legal services to its clients is now looking for an experienced Receptionist

Key Responsibilites

Your tasks will be:
  • handling the incoming telephone calls,
  • handling the day to day mail (collecting, sorting, distributing,
sending by courier or normal post),
  • handling the ordering of different office supplies,
  • keep the reception and the office space in order,
  • sending faxes, copying,
  • arranging translation, legalization, etc.,
  • secretarial work: upon requests preparing faxes, letters,
reports and filing,
  • maintaining the database,
  • cooperation with the office manager,
  • any other activities in relation to the reception


  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist
  • excellent level of English (communication with clients only in
  • outstanding communication skills
  • confident and agile personality
  • proactive and hands-on mentality
  • stable and calm attitude towards ad-hoc tasks
