Service Desk Team Leader (new team, only English)

Our business partner belongs to an Information and Communications Technology Services Group and provides services for the large enterprise and public sector markets. The business service center was established in the early 2000's in Budapest and has been successfully operating since then.
Currently they are looking for a motivated, flexible and experienced professional to lead a new Service Desk team.

Key Responsibilites

  • Take part in the knowledge transfer from Spain
  • Participate in the selection process of new hires
  • Ensure quality of the service, productivity, system availability, SLAs
  • Being responsible for a growing team
  • Review and report on the performance of the team/individuals, give feedback to agents on their own performance, prepare performance evaluation, advice improvement plans and trainings
  • Schedule working time in different shifts
  • Communicate relevant information towards the team
  • Liaise with key customers, account managers and colleagues to gain effective service


  • 1-3 years relevant work experience (including leadership experience)
  • experience in leading an IT Helpdesk Team
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Team-oriented mindset
