Junior Customer Service Representative

Our client is market leader with 50 years of experience on the European premium camping and glamping travel segment. The company operates 8 European offices offering accomodations on nearly 500 locations across the continent in premium and glamping mobilehomes, fully furbished safari tents and bungalow tents. They are enthusiastic to help holidaymakers have the time of their life in luxury accommodations at affordable prices. The young, fast growing Hungarian branch is looking for a new team member to provide an excellent reservation service to the Hungarian customer base.

Key Responsibilites

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions in Hungarian over the phone, by email, on chat and in person, suggesting information about other products and services. Completes booking on customer's request.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments in the backoffice systems in English.
  • Cooperates with other departments and headquarters in English.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Updates website content in the backoffice systems, translates content from English to Hungarian.
  • Supports the work of the Operations Manager, performs administrative tasks.
  • Participates in improving the service levels.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.


  • Customer service experience (by phone, email or in person)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, native Hungarian
  • Outstanding problem solving and conflict resolving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, precision
  • Good administrative skills, PC literacy
  • Creative thinking, proactive and can do attitude
  • Team player personality
The following qualities are an advantage:
  • Travel agency or other tourism experience
  • Travel product and Hungarian market knowledge
  • CMS and/or administrative experience
  • Reporting and information analysing skills
