HR Specialist

On behalf of our client we are looking for an HR Specialist who plays an important role in the quality and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilites

  • Being the first point of contact for local partners, follow up on regulation changes, ensuring that changes be implemented
  • Preparing employment contracts, contract modifications and terminations
  • Supporting the entry and exit procedure
  • Maintaining employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HRIS database
  • Providing customer service to all employees in payroll, labor administration, personal taxation and social security matters
  • Cooperating with and controlling outsourced payroll partner
  • Preparation of payroll inputs, control of payroll calculations, preparation of salary transfers, answering employee queries regarding salary questions
  • Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports
  • Supporting the immigration procedure
  • Involvement in HR projects, such as process improvements, HR system development and supporting projects in other HR Specialist areas
  • Conducting interviews and tests during the selection process
  • Participating in the induction program, responsible for HR related induction and Company representation towards new-comers

Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • Work experience: 2-3 years in similar position
  • Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Empathy and customer focused attitude
  • Attention to details, good with numbers
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent English
  • Availability for occasional international travel
