HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you would be responsible for advising employees and clients both on recruitment of new staff and taking care of the current ones in a multinational company.

Key Responsibilites

  • Keeping contact with hiring managers and recruitment agencies
  • Organizing assessment centers and interviews
  • Contacting and interviewing candidates
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
  • Creating advertisements on internal and external channels
  • Taking part in job fairs
  • Preparing offers and employment contracts
  • Creating reports and KPI’s
  • Checking incoming HR related invoices
  • Organizing work permits with the outsourced company
  • Administering employment related files
  • Onboarding and induction


  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Fluent English AND Italian knowledge
  • Use of direct sourcing techniques
  • Good communication skills
  • Efficiency and great time management skills
  • Ability to work in a multinational and matrix organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised and structured approach to workload
  • Willing to travel to European countries (a few times per year) and be adaptable and work in a flexible environment
