HR Recruiter with Italian language

Our client is one of the biggest telecommunication company, looking for candidates with English and Italian language knowledge and experience in Recruitment.

Key Responsibilites

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment delivery for all internal and external roles within your specified geography: Benelux countries, Switzerland and Italy

  • Work with hiring manager to clarify vacancy requirement

  • Post vacancies on internal and external channels or via third parties if appropriate

  • Initial CV review, pre-screening, create shortlist

  • Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates

  • Conducting HR level interviews with final candidate

  • Onboarding and induction

Requirements

We are looking for you, if you have
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Experience in delivery of direct sourcing
  • at least 1 year of experience within the field of Recruitment or HR
  • fluent English and Italian language knowledge is a must
  • Good problem solving skills
