PTP Team Leader

Key Responsibilites

  • To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the PTP processes by supporting continuous process improvements
  • Assetive communication within the company
  • Focus on achieving the goals or objectives using available resources
  • People Management Responsibilities: Ensure team engagement, provide regular feedback to direct reports based on measured and evaluated individual performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure smooth and transparent communication flow within PTP


  • Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting or Economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in AP (preferably in SSC)
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proactive and solution oriented mind-set
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
