Compensation & HRIS Analyst

Our prestigious manufacturing client is expanding their business in their EMEA HQ in Budapest. Now they are actively looking for Compensation HRIS Analyst for their team.

Key Responsibilites

  • C&B Sharepoint administration for Regional C&B Site
  • Sales Incentive Plan Sharepoint administraton: Gathering data from the countries and uploading it
  • Compensation process flow development maintenance
  • Data gathering during key C&B process such as Merit Review Bonus calculation
  • Serve as System Administrator for the Success Factors modules including Goal Management Compensation module
  • Support the regional Compensation Team with advanced reporting needs


  • 2-3 years relevant experience in the field of Compensation Benefits and HR Administration
  • Strong understanding of HR system database design, structure, and experience with databases tools (Ideally Success Factors knowledge)
  • University or College degree
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong Teamwork skills
