Team manager

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence. Its activities include the provision of networked IT services globally. The Regional Operations Centre of the company is looking for colleagues as Team Manager to our office in Debrecen.

Key Responsibilites

• Coordinate the team members in their daily duties and facilitate good customer service culture in team members
• Evaluate and assess performance metrics
• Keep record of daily operations at the desk for tracking of customer needs, services rendered and future reference
• Delegate specific responsibilities to team members to create specialization
• Review all client complaints, rectify issues and liaise with appropriate departments to handle complex issues in a bid to provide more effective solutions
• Observe operation techniques to determine how effective they are and implement new techniques when old ones are ineffective.
• Recruit, train and support help desk representatives and technicians
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
• Plan refresher trainings for agents on existing products
• External vendor management when internal requirements exceed internal resources
• Quality control of vendor services before providing content to internal stakeholders.
• Working with key stakeholders from US, EMEA, UK, APAC
• Incident and Escalation Management


• Showcase good interpersonal skills for customer relations
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must have good leadership skills to carry people along
• Must be knowledgeable about system and IT tools
• Must have good judgment in handling serious customer problems
