IT Support Specialist

Our multinational client is a pan-European medical services provider. We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to it's Business Service Center based in Budapest to strengthen their IT support team.

Key Responsibilites

  • Takes full ownership of issues and troubleshooting, ensures that they are followed through from start to finish
  • Deliver a positive, memorable and meaningful service which exceeds the expectations of the users
  • Ensures at all times that users receive the best possible attention and assistance in addressing requests and resolving problems
  • Own and update end users’ guides and instructions
  • Build and maintain knowledge base
  • Participate in the rotational based extended support hours’ coverage


  • 1+ year of IT support experience
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • High knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, logical and self-motivated with a creative approach to problem solving
  • High level of flexibility and outstanding stress management
  • Solid understanding of networking and end user computing hardware and devices
  • Passion and drive to progress into a senior role
