Property Management Team Leader

Our client is a large, international service providing company that has recently launched several large-scale projects. We are looking for a new team member for the following position: Property Management Team Leader

Key Responsibilites

  • Daily management of existing Property tenants, maintain contacts, coordinate tenants requirements related to their operations
  • Coordination with other departments, i.e. Finance, Procurement, Legal, Technical and Maintenance team(one face to the customer).
  • Coordination of internal administrative tasks
  • Managing a small team of property key account managers.

Requirements

  • College or University degree preferably in Technical (building engineering)
  • High Proficiency in English and Hungarian
  • 5 years’ experience in a facility or property management position

Skills:
  • Strong customer orientated approach
  • Experienced PC user and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
  • Experienced user of spreadsheets and understanding of economic environments
  • Team leader experience, non-authoritarian behavior
  • Cultivates strong working relationships and team spirit
  • Capable of structured thinking
  • Experience in SAP
