AP Specialist

Join our client in the packaging industry for the Accounts Payable area - if you would like to work in a complex position in a flexible working environment then this is your position!

Key Responsibilites

  • Daily communication with outsourcing company,
  • Solving the issues and provide necessary information for booking
  • Vendor balance reconciliation and follow up, manage blocked invoices
  • Implementing and maintaining best practices and control framework requirements of the relevant process


  • University/College degree in Accounting or Economics
  • 0-2 years of work experience on the financial area
  • Excel Pivot knowledge is a must
  • SAP FI module knowledge is an advantage
  • Chartered Accountant is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Spanish/French/German/Italian
  • An additional language knowledge of the followings are preferred: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Polish
