Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for Multilingual IT Helpdesk Agents to their Budapest-based business services center.

Key Responsibilites

As an IT Help Desk agent your tasks will be the following:
  • Support the clients in IT related problems via email and telephone
  • Solve or forward SW/HW, basic IT problems
  • Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions
  • Communicate in professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems


  • Fluency in English and one other European languages is mandatory (C1) (German/French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese)
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome!
  • Customer orientation
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Personal accountability
  • Proactive and dynamic personality
  • Ready to learn new solutions
  • Advantage: CCNA or AVAYA knowledge / Service desk experience
