2nd line Support Specialist

Our multinational client is a prestigious telecommunication company with worldwide presence, for which we look for 2nd line Support Specialists to their shared services centre.

Key Responsibilites

  • Support the clients in Cisco/Avaya networking related problems on 2nd level
  • Analyse requests and problems and develop solution suggestions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
  • Manage supplier activities (escalating 3rd party agents)

Requirements

  • min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge in the field of Cisco/Avaya networking (certification is an advantage)
  • Fluent English knowledge, German language is an advantage
  • Professional communication skills, customer orientation
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proactive and dynamic personality
