Customer Service Team Leader (in FMCG sector)

Key Responsibilites

Your tasks will be the following:

  • Lead and develop a remote team of 4 people (CZ, SK, RO, HU)
  • Establish and harmonize downstream operations (Order to cash / Inbound / Masterdata) in 4CEE
  • Coordinate local logistic partners
  • Create and provide reports


  • university degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role gained in FMCG sector
  • fluent English is a must
  • excellent communication and time management skills, proactive attitude
