What would you do?

- Administration of user accounts, responsibility for user account accesses into application
- Responsibility for data administration
- Regular check of user rights
- Work with confidential data
- Analytical approach in solving potential problems
- Proactive behavior and proposals for solutions and improvements
- Effective team work
- Occasionally you might be asked to travel

What should you know/have experience with?

- Strong communication in English and German, Czech is not required
- Experience in or good understanding of application support or similar service oriented position
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Highly customer oriented
- Communication skills
- Motivation and ability to learn
- Being able to participate in shift rota, on-call duties and weekend/bank holidays support
